This form connects with the ROLODEX user information on the Gainesville VAX network computer. It contains the information submitted by

• faculty
• A&P
• USPS staff
• OPS employees
• Grad-students and
• Undergraduate students

for personal and special accounts when a VAX computer account was created. If your information has changed, please contact IFAS Information Technology to update.

NOTE - While the personal information provided may not be accurate due to relocations, reassignments and position changes, IFAS e-mail addresses tend to remain the same during the entire time within IFAS. If a different e-mail address is now used, the e-mail address given, in most cases, will forward the mail to the new address if it is known. This application is primarily intended to provide the e-mail address for only IFAS personnel (faculty, staff and student).

Current information about faculty and A&P can be found in the IFAS FACULTY AND A&P PERSONNEL DIRECTORY.

To use, you can type all or part of a username, or first or last name, or department, to get a listing of all matching entries. Upper/lower case doesn't matter.
